I definitely have seen an improvement in my hair quality and it does seem thicker. I can tell when I wash it that there is more of it and when I put it in a ponytail. It’s growing a bit longer, and just seems much healthier with less fallout since I started this supplement along with the Alaya Biotin. I definitely recommend the combo of both of those if you are experiencing hair thinning! I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I’ve only been using the supplement barely 3 months and it does take at least that long to start seeing improvement. Hoping for even better hair as time goes by!

I have definitely seen a change in the thickness of my hair. I was losing my hair after starting a GLP-1 and Nutrafol wasn't working for me. This did the trick and now I an seeing baby hairs where there was no hair before. I'll keep using this as long as it continues to work.

Love this supplement! Ever since using it my hair has grown and thickened and has a shine I haven’t seen in a long time, I also take unflavored collagen with it everyday and together it’s like a power booster!
