    Indulge in this single-serve treat that's rich, chocolatey, and packed with protein. Made with simple ingredients like chocolate protein powder, an egg, and milk, it's the perfect guilt-free dessert or cozy firesize snack- ready in under a minute!

    Instructions: Directions:
    1. Combine protein powder, egg, milk, and optional maple syrup or cocoa powder in a greased mug. Mix until smooth, like thick mousse. Fold in chocolate chips if desired.
    2. Heat for 30 seconds in the microwave, then check. If not set, microwave in 10-second intervals (up to 50 seconds max) to avoid a rubbery texture.


    Pecan Pie Bites

    These no-bake bites are a powerhouse of nutrition, blending protein-packed vanilla powder with pecans, chia seeds, and oats for a satisfying and energizing snack. Naturally sweetened with dates and finished with a creamy coconut glaze, they're the perfect guilt-free treat to fuel your day and support muscle recovery!

    Ingredients: 
    • ¼ cup unsweetened milk of choice (we like almond milk)
    • 1 tablespoon chia seed
    • ½ cup pecans
    • 8 pitted dates
    • ¼ cup oats
    • ¼ cup vanilla whey protein powder
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
    • pinch sea salt
    For The Glaze
    • ¼ cup coconut butter, melted
    • 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
    • 1 tablespoon honey
    Directions:
    1. Soak chia seeds in almond milk for 20 minutes.
    2. Blend pecans, dates, oats, protein powder, vanilla, and sea salt in a food processor. Add the chia mixture and blend into a dough.
    3. Roll into balls and freeze for 20-30 minutes.
    4. Coat balls in a mix of melted coconut butter, coconut oil, and honey. Freeze to harden.
    5. Optional: press pecans and chocolate chips on top before freezing. Store in the fridge.

It’s packed with nourishing ingredients like bone broth, collagen, and raw cacao. Sweetened naturally with maple syrup, this indulgent treat is both delicious and supportive of your gut health. Perfect for cozy moments without the guilt!

    Ingredients 
    • 1 cup bone broth (FOND is our fave!) 
    • ½ cup milk of choice
    • 2 tbsp raw cacao powder 
    • 1.5 tbsp pure maple syrup
    • 1 scoop collagen (Chocolate Multi Collagen or Vanilla

    Directions 

    1. Combine all of the ingredients in a small sauce pan. 
    2. Whisk over medium heat until combined and heated through. 
    3. Top with whipped cream and enjoy!
